Now settled as Chef/Patron at the delightful Ship Inn at Mawgan on the Lizard with wife Alli and beautiful daughters Ellie and Jessica, Greg is bringing his unique talent to Fresshh!

One of the key lessons to be learned from any top chef is the importance of local and seasonal sourcing; with his experience Greg knows where and when to buy. Whether it’s mature beef hung properly to let the full flavour develop or crunchy leeks, fresshh from the field, dripping with morning dew, only the best ingredients from Cornwall’s finest producers make it through the Fresshh! kitchen door.
Each of our dishes has been consumer tested in the most rigorous environment possible – our hugely popular bar/restaurant. We’ve selected the most popular items from our menu, the classics that people come back for time and time again, Greg then prepares them in small batches ensuring they are cooked to perfection, portions them generously and then snap freezes them to seal in the fabulous fresshhness!
We’ve done all the hard work, all you need to do is re-heat following the instructions and add your favourite accompaniments – it really is that simple - choose, heat, serve – then pour yourself a glass of wine, wait for the smiles and enjoy the acclaim.
