We take only the finest, well matured Cornish brisket beef and braise it slowly in a rich red wine jus. When it is meltingly tender we snap freeze it to retain all the flavour and fresshhness. Toasted hazelnuts, smoked bacon and a delicious tarragon cream provide the perfect finishing touches.
One generous portion or will easily satisfy two smaller appetites.

Cook from Frozen:

On the Hob from Frozen (recommended):
Place pouch in a pan of boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes then serve.

Microwave from Frozen:
Pierce the pouch and place on a plate. Heat on full power for 3 mins (700w). Stand for 2 mins.
